Her career has spanned healthcare, retail, supply chain, hospitality, and service-based businesses, giving her a unique ability to step into complex environments, identify what is not working, and create the structure needed to move forward.

Myia holds a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from UIC’s Liautaud Graduate School of Business. She has led teams, managed large-scale projects, built operational systems, analyzed performance, and supported businesses through growth and change.
